Thanks again for everybody who helped make 2010 a year to remember and helped make it a year to forget.

His name is Wes and he’s a good dude and he’s hilarious and he’s gonna help us out with ‘content’, which is apparently important in the internet world. Tom Scharpling recently moderated a historic roundtable discussion marking the twentieth anniversary of Chapel Hill, NC’s Merge Records (home of the Arcade Fire, Spoon, She & Him, etc). The panel included a who’s who of the Best Show on WFMU’s most beloved/loathed characters, including Ronald Thomas Clontle, Philly Boy Roy, Timmy von Trimble, The Gorch, Barry Dworkin, Hammerhead and Bishop Fontana to name just a few. Needless to say, the sparks did fly.
